  • Ive only been here 3 days and seen one of three other house mates. When i house shared we share stuff and cook together and it made a difference.

  • I have been using my fitness pal on and off for ages and never knew this community existed!! I only really log my calories and that's it, but can definitely see how support and friends will keep you motivated... I have weeks of being really good, keep at my goal weight then slip and binge then it's so hard to get back down.
