Just keep tracking every day. It gets hard sometimes but and keep at it. Ive lost 40 lbs in 90 days and and tracking every day has definitely kept me on track.

Banana and oatmeal cookies. Just mixed smashed bananas and oatmeal and bake. I cant remember my recipe but it should be easy to search. I also like to add pecans and/or crasins.
