  • :smile: I use protein shakes to use up extra calories...... I think it is important to use your calories up so that your body won't burn muscle for fuel, at least that is what i've been told
  • I joined a gym 2 months ago and absolutly love it! They have tons of different classes to keep busy with and friendly and helpful staff.   • my trainer encouraged me to let go of the eliptical and focus on weights......... So i would say don't worry about cardio and just do what you can and you will get there!!

  • I work in a bakery..... so i feel your pain. What helps me is chewing gum and drinking copious amounts of water so that i don't feel hungry and it is easier to resist. Also eating at set times in the day helps to curb my cravings for sweets even when they are right in front of me! :happy:
