Oh, me too! All the worse because Easter is almost here, but I plan on logging that as well. I think I just get tired of logging or have somewhere to go w/food I don't really want to log after about 20 days or so (and not always quite sticking to my goal every day at that), desire a break, but then if I stop it can spiral…

About half of my calories today came from pesto pasta. Seriously no regrets except that I may have gone a bit over. (starting kickboxing next week though so I don't mind too much.) I ate like 3 cups... so worth it. :smiley:

Agreed. I'm studying to be a Food Scientist and have taken nutrition classes.. I'd be a little wary of supplements. If you still really want to use them, make sure you research the effects of whatever you choose to put in your body (dosage, upper intake limit, etc.), and even then be careful. Most people don't do well on 1200 calories... it's usually too little. Google a tdee calculator and put your height, weight, age, and activity level into it.. you should subtract about 15% from your tdee (not bmr! I did that for a while by accident.. haha).
