Thanks a lot guys! This helps a lot. I think I might be overestimating my bootcamp and Zumba calories as I am pretty sure I am not overestimating food calories. Other thing is that this time I am not avoiding carbs like last time. I am not sure if that has anything to do with this. I have seen this water retention effect…
