My size 40 jeans are just about to start falling off, even with a belt. This time last year I couldn't get them around my gut. I suppose I could punch another hole in my belt to buy a little more time, but it's a nice feeling to have. I just hope they don't fall off unexpectedly before that. :p

Love my kettlebells. They're my exercise tool of choice. I still do treadmill and stationary bike, but the bulk of my cardio comes from KB's.

Most of the XL shirts that were tight on me 4 months ago are now beginning to be pretty loose on me. I've also gone down 2 pants sizes.

Last weekend I tried on and bought my first pair of jeans that were under a size 40 in at least 15 years!

Sleep! I've lost just over 30lbs through diet and exercise and I have noticed a dramatic increase in my quality of sleep. In turn it makes life in general so much better.

Same here man. I was at 275 at my highest back in June of 2016. I lost about 45lbs in 8 months and kept about 20lbs off for several years, but this year I kind of let myself go and ended up back at nearly 272lbs. As of this morning I weighed in at 244.2lbs which is just over 30lbs from my worst weight. I'm sleeping so much…

Awesome, I had a similar situation happen to me this spring. It was at that point I decided something had to change. Down 26lbs and counting.

Went to an amusement park and had extreme difficulty getting the restraint secured for the ride I was getting on. Weighed later on when I got home and was the highest I'd ever been, surpassing my previous high by at least 15lbs. I am now down 25lbs and exercising regularly, and feeling a lot better lately.
