I weigh same day weekly in the morning only in my underwear so I know that clothes aren't adding lbs

I work in the health and social care sector and we have people trying to gain weight. Some things that have worked for them is adding calories to there meals by using cream, butter, cheese etc and snacking on high calorie puddings. Peanut butter is full of calories and good stuff too :)

Hi Miranda Well done quitting!! At least your lungs will deal better with the exercise side of things ;) Ex smoker here and have never looked back, best thing I've done but I do love something sweet after dinner hence why I need to log everything!!

You never know by making it public, it may be the motivation to help swap some higher cal foods. I know that it has stopped me giving in at times as I knew it would be there for all to see. But keep it honest if you do decide to go public as not logging everything is only cheating yourself. Good luck :)

Hi, I've given up Bread :s I did chocolate last yr and found it quite easy but I think I've underestimated how my bread was in my diet!!! Day 4 and I could've really done with a slab of toast under my beans and egg!!! I'm sure u will notice great results giving up beer for 40 days :)

UK here, 2nd time rounder too :p Trying not to be uptight but yes I have weighed myself after dropping the kids off in a hope to weigh less
