New here. Need to gain 15 pounds

I'm 41 a mother of 3 and weigh 97 pounds. I can't seem to get over that weight no matter what I do. Please help.

My sister is 49, also a mom of 3 and on a 'good day' weighs 95 pounds. If I could bring her here (we live multiple states apart) and cook how I *used to* cook, she'd put on weight. Think hearty Scots-Irish meets Italian.

Figure out your TDEE -Google TDEE calculator- and eat 250 calories a day above that amount to gain 1/2 pound per week. It doesn't matter what you eat to get there, but it might be easiest if you add high fat, calorie dense foods to your diet.0

I work in the health and social care sector and we have people trying to gain weight. Some things that have worked for them is adding calories to there meals by using cream, butter, cheese etc and snacking on high calorie puddings.
Peanut butter is full of calories and good stuff too0
