Thanks everyone!!! I think for now I'm going to stick with aiming for 1 pound a week. If I happen to lose more then that's just a bonus. I want to be steady about this so that I can keep this stuff off my body.

Considering I weigh 166.2 pounds right now that would make my weight loss about 1.66 pounds at least for week one.

I'm so surprised to read that a lot of you are weighing yourselves daily. I would guess that a lot of people would argue against it because of weight fluctuations. I might try it for a bit though. Thanks for your input guys!

Thanks everyone! I appreciate the feedback. I'm going to stick with what I was doing this past week and see how things go. Chances are that last week was a bunch of water weight. We'll see by the end of this week though. I'll keep you all posted!

Good to know. Thank you guys! I'll stick with what I've been doing this week and see what happens. If I lose more than 2 pounds again I might make some adjustments. Thanks again!
