  • Wish I had lifted at 15. Got 45 on you. I lift, walk and stretch daily. That and counting calories got me to my goal. Getting faster will happen if you drop weight and do some speed training. Being quick is just as important, there are drills for that. I hear that pilates and yoga good for you.
