I learned the hard way. Please eat back your calories. 1) you will be very weak 2) lose Muscle Mass 3) you can't get through a work out I did that for 2 weeks, and I can't lift like I use to.

I have 1000 cals per day, on MFP. I am 42 cals over. I will working out at home. I am aiming to burn 200.

Really want to lose the last ten pounds having a hard time. I cant stop eating, then the next day, I fast.

Amber Rose waist is 27. Hips are 40.

She is still slim but with Curves, and very small waist. I think curves are sooo sexy and lady like. I would never want to thin. Just not my cup of tea. Amber Rose is tall and thin but with GREAT curves.

Fasting does not effect your metabolism, as I thought it did for years.
