I'll be checking in tomorrow and will let u guys know. I hoping 167.0 today was 169.8 Goal weight range would be 162-165. I'm trying to maintain right now .

The scale is up 2.8 pounds ahhhhh. Lol I'm hoping it goes back to normal by tomorrow. I'm in maintenance bit want to lose the last 3 Pound's.

Added sweetener is bad for you. Anything that says "diet or light" is made with artificial sugar that may cause cancer or MS.

It was so fun. Even tho I feel bloated. I had just reached goal weight on Friday.

My question is shouldn't my weight be more after I eat and drink water? It barely goes up. I was told my weight should have a range. It doent range lol

I have some friends who fast once a week, and eat whatever the other 6 days, it works for them. my sister workouts every SINGLE day, to maintain.

I just want to say under 169. I would be happy with that. I would love to be 165lbs. I'm tired of dieting and working out so much. I just want to reach my goal.

Every morning my weight is the same it never goes up or down unless I had a cheat day.
