Personally I hit youtube and search for whatever I feel like doing. I also like blogilates because the workouts are short although you may be sore after.

Good for you! MFP is definitely a good place to find people with similar goals and for support. Good luck!

IDK if there is a way to trick your brain necessarily but I would start by eating what you are now and slowly adding in other things like spinach or vegetables. At first you may not like them but over time your taste buds do change. I have always been an extremely picky eater and it took me a while to get used to eating…

Hi! I'm Orchid. I love having other people to motivate/discuss with so if you are looking for friends add me! I am on about the same program for about 2 weeks now. Welcome!

I love the under armor armour 2.0 bra - depends on your body though. I am not that big- 34D but it supports better than any other I've had.

I have never tried the green smoothie diet, but for me the biggest help is just tracking and logging food and exercise. It's tough when you go from being more to less active (I am guessing true for you as well). I also started with a personal trainer (free with my gym) who can work with you to make exercises to work around…

Wow! congratulations and welcome! I am relatively new too but MFP is a great place to meet other people with the same goals and journey.

Definitely frozen. I also buy fresh when it is available and semi-prep then freeze it with a vacutainer. The produce where I live is hit or miss so when its good I can stock up.

Don't get down! We are all different, let me tell you. I take forever to lose. A lot of the other girls are -3 or -5 pounds from the same start as me and I took over 2 weeks of clean eating and exercise to see any difference in the scale, and I definitely measure my food. How do you feel? Even though I didn't lose pounds…
-
Thank you! That was very helpful

Hi Eve, I'm Orchid. Congratulations on your weight loss, that is amazing! I am working to lose 15 - 20 pounds and get in shape. I find it is much easier to stick to it when you have buddies, even if they are online so I would love to me your MFP friend :)

Hi Lori, I'm Orchid. We can do it together for sure, just make some friends it makes a huge difference if you do it with other people.

I have a very similar problem, I work rotating shifts up to 16 hours and usually without breaks! I like to eat nut mixes or Kind bars to help me from going crazy and making bad choices once I get out. I find a combination of fats and protein help me the most (like nuts or eggs etc)
-
Good luck to you too! We will be here to support you on your journey
-
Sure! Good luck to you.
-
Me too! only its my rear not my belly lol.
-
I'm at the same calorie goal, lets do this lol!
-
My mother makes her own with oven broiled pommes frites and mushroom gravy. She does use regular fatty cheese, but i'm sure you could substitute something lower fat/cal.
-
I have been adding sriracha to my regular ketchup for years! as well as everything else lol
-
Hello! Good luck!
-
Add me too! I need some more buddies to keep me motivated and to motivate!
-
Wow! Great job!

I love the Under Armour’s armour bra - I am a 32 D so I am not as busty as you but it is the best supportive sports bra I have found. It is pricy, but worth it. - also, I am not in the UK but my friend who recommended it to me is..so..hopefully it is also accessible
-
Yes! Lets do it :)
-
Hello! I just started too, and I am looking for some buddies if you are!
-
Ouch! I broke my tailbone a couple of years ago, I feel your pain! I would love to be added too, I need some buddies!
-
I have to agree, I'm new and everyone has been super nice and supportive so far! Way better than most other sites
-
I am new too and also need some buddies :)

I have had a fitbit for 3 months. I love the little thing but I don't really find it helpful for weight loss. I find that it does motivate me to walk more if you are just looking for that little extra push.
