Limited access to fresh produce

Hello everyone, I'm new to this app. Looking for ideas and/or healthy recipes (breakfast/lunch/dinner, doesn't matter). I live in a community where groceries are expensive and fresh produce is a hit or miss. I'm here for 20 days at a time for work, then leave for 10 days off and am able to bring back groceries with me from civilization! So for the first week and a bit I'm okay but then I have to hope the store up here has some fresh stuff (very limited options when they do). Any ideas?

Check out the frozen vegetables. Steamed or stir fry.
  • Definitely frozen. I also buy fresh when it is available and semi-prep then freeze it with a vacutainer. The produce where I live is hit or miss so when its good I can stock up.

Like the others said, you can definitely take advantage of the frozen veggies and prepare a large variety of meals.
