I hit a plateau after about twenty pounds, which took me six months. I call it a plateau but I really need to drop my calories further to see more progress and I'm having a hard time with that. I've been maintaining for a couple of months while lifting heavy but I think I'm ready to push myself out of this "plateau" and…

Victoria's Secret and under armour. This is the best bra there is, imo.

I second the shorts with built in liners. I have three pairs of ua ones in constant rotation. But I also wear a thicker pair of knee length compression shorts and my Victoria's Secret no Seam underwears lines done show in those. So maybe yeah, wear your bottoms a little thicker so panty lines won't show. I've also found…

I've thought about trying to go a week without weighing as an experiment. Right now I weigh every day, sometimes more than once a day. I also feel like it holds me more accountable. I never want to get back to that spot where I am afraid of the damage I've done and I don't want to step on the scale bc I'm afraid of what…

I've gotten as high as 2800 from my zip. That was a day that I was steadily active, including working out at the gym for an hour and a half and then walking 2 miles in the evening. I definitely just use the burn as a rough estimate but from my idea of my TDEE, I think it's fairly accurate. I'm 5'7" and 160 btw, prob…

We don't have les mills in my area but we have something from what I gather is similar and they're group power, group core, group fight, plus a few more, and I love them! Anyone else familiar with these oraybe have experience with both and can compare?

Strong curves. I read about the program on here and just ordered it off amazon. I believe they address nutrition in there as well.

My favorite is half a serving (14g) of bleu cheese crumbles, reduced fat. 40 calories. It's worth it to me.

I started post partem at 182. I'm now 160. My goal is 155 and then possibly 150. I have a pretty muscular build and I honestly would look way too thin at 130. Who are these people telling you that you"should" weigh 130? Why do you think they're saying that? Doesn't matter, where do you think YOU will feel the best?

Height: 5'7" Weight: 161 Thigh: 21.5 (20 pounds ago was 24.5") Calf: 15" (20 pounds ago was 14.5") Bf% around 21% using calipers. May be off.

Getting my Fitbit was a real game changer for me. It opened my eyes.

Sorry everyone. Didn't mean he wasn't doing weight loss correctly, I just meant that just bc he has set his mfp to sedentary and he went 16000 steps, that doesn't mean that that many steps mean sedentary, which is what this post was asking about in the first place. My bad.

That just means you set your settings incorrectly.

I usually just gain one pound during my tom

28 g of bleu cheese crumbles is actually a decent amount of bleu cheese. and I have discovered that I love bleu cheese. Oh and feta crumbles too.

Wait, what?? I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter where your calories come from, as long as you burn more than you take in, you'll lose weight.
-
I kinda do this. If I really want something, I'll tell myself, I can't make it fit today, but if I still want it tomorrow, I'll make it fit. And I usually never do bc I don't want to eat something high calorie and then be hungry later.

I really enjoy listening to podcasts during cardio check out serial, criminal, undisclosed.

I was on it for five days a few weeks ago and I did feel bloated and I did retain some water. Took a hot minute for it to go away too.

As everyone has said, the zip is a good choice and it's only a little above your price range. I have the zip, I love it, it does everything I need it to, and I really like not having anything on my wrist. So I don't know if you have a bed bath and beyond in your area, but if you do, you can sign up to get their mobile 20%…

I had a baby and when she was four months old I had only lost 13 pounds total. I was tired of feeling gross and uncomfortable and it being able to fit into any of my clothes. Then I saw a picture of myself at this time and I was "wow. It is time". So I made a plan. That plan has continued to evolve and 6 months and 20…

Make an omelet with two eggs (the ones I get are 71 calories each), one serving of egg whites (25 calories), tear up one piece of turkey in it (20 calories) and 14g of fat free shredded cheddar (23 calories) and that's a pretty decent amount of food for like 210 calories. I can't get by on just 200 calories at breakfast…

Also, I lifted today if you think that makes a difference...

Hi! I'm a 29 year old mom of 1. I am 7 pounds away from my goal and I've kinda lost my steam. I'm a little discouraged and would love some friends on here! You can do it and so can I!

Old navy for tops. Under armour for shorts and random brands from tj maxx and marshalls for compression shorts and leggings. UA for bras and I have a couple vs bras but they just don't compare to ua

Sometimes it takes a while for Fitbit to sync with mfp and give you your extra calories. Sometimes you just have to give it some time. That is what's wrong right?

I'm a mom of an 11 month old girl. I have lost about 22 pounds and am back at prepregnancy weight and would like to lose about five more. I do a HIIT circuit class twice a week and lift 3 times a week and the baby and I take walks pretty much daily. I love getting stronger and increasing my endurance. Would love some…
