I've gone through both my knee's, and one knee twice... just make sure you never miss therapy and go through the painful excersice no matter what.

Sometimes simply drinking grapefruit juice gets rid of my headaches...

I drink full on mountain dew everyday for my breakfast, I quit here and there but for the most part I get that craving out of the way first thing in the morning

Try hiking it can be a little harder than walking. Maybe do some jogging and some body weight excersice, like pushup, jumping jacks, crunches stuff like that. Write it down so you can keep pushing yourself to do more or go faster. Try burpees you can duo that at home

I wish i had your problem... i can find plenty to eat and still want more to eat.

Try it each way and see what you like, I've found i like strength training my legs before i run, for some reason it makes me feel stronger. Then i do my upper body after my cardio, it helps me cool off if i get all sweaty from running.

You can probably drop it in a few months, are you trying to lose 1 or 2 #s a week?
