Hey! How's it going with insanity max 30?! I had my weigh in last week. I didn't lose a lot of lbs but I've lost 2 inches around my waist! I'm supper happy! I've been having some knee issues so I took a break last week. Back on it this week though for phase 2! How's everyone else getting along?

Yes, you're right! The cardio is intense! The extra cardio I'm doing is in netball so it's more in a game/training setting. How are you finding week 3?! Can't believe we are nearly half way!

@sbcmuse I'm doing a mixture of cardio and yoga. I'm playing netball in the evening Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesday pm - yoga Thursday pm - dance Friday pm- yoga. I'm doubling up this week (i.e. Insanity max 30 am and another workout pm) to try and lose more pounds! I like the 30 mins but I do so see what you mean.

I found days workout quite tough. But on the other hand, I enjoyed the pace though it was intense as usual. I'm excited to be close to completing 1 week! I tried to add you can't seem to do it either. Is this the sweat interval one? Day 3? I found it hard. A lot of hand eye coordination required!

I seem to keep maxing out around the 7 minute mark. Today was sweat intervals! Intense stuff but I'm loving this program! I like your goal and emphasis on 20lbs of fat specifically but it's ok to weigh more. Sometimes I think we just focus on wanting to lose weight and it being specific! Woohoo! Team insanity max 30!

That's amazing! I usually play netball on Tuesdays (pm) so that will be my double up day. If I can lose 20 lbs in 60 days I will be happy! Shaun T workouts are great!

Ok! Day1 DONE! I maxed out at 6:57 minutes and then modified till the end. Really enjoyed it, though it was still challenging with the modification!
