How do you get your weekly deficit? Is there somewhere on this app that shows or i need to bring out a calculator and calculate each day?

I've done low carb a few times in the past. It was my go to diet. Each time I would be a few days late for a couple months. I lost about 30 lbs in 3 months. I would stop and gain it all back. Im calorie counting this time around. Im alot happier for sure. Weight loss maybe just a little slower but worth it.

I have heard that you SHOULD eat some of the exercise calories back. My question now is, is it bad not to eat them back? Does it slow down weight lose or anything because the body needs more calories?

I do intermittent fasting. My eating window is 12-8. Like you, i love it too. I'm doing 1200 cals. I'll have a low cal lunch and a satisfying dinner. I try to have my last bite b4 7 tho just becuz I workout around 8 or 9. So far so good. 15 lbs down in 6 weeks.

Hi... I eat between 12 noon and 8pm. I fast from 8pm to 12 noon. I have coffee around 10am but its only like 25 calories so i hope im not breaking my fast! I really like it so far. I havent been too hungry in the mornings and this way i get a more satisfying lunch or dinner!
