  • Have you planned out your calories and macros? If your macros are not balanced it doesn't help you much.
  • Honestly I weigh in daily as it can fluctuate with what you eat. I have a dry erase board that I log it on and pick the low for that week. This way I can track my weight it would fit in my calories and macros and not get discouraged. Message me if you want more details. Would love to help
  • I have an amazing meal plan that I follow that includes protein cheesecake, delishious main meals and even a fast food option of the week. All fitting perfectly in my macros and calories.   • 5'10" currently 210 (started 220) 30 years old, would love to loose 2 lbs a week and relatively active. I don't have a desk job and I try to work out at least 3 days a week so far (Don't want to just burn myself out this early and quit). Like to cook and can cook if given the time.

  • That's why I put it in quotes lol...I'm getting about 75 - 100 grams of both a day looking back at my last few days (with a day or so at 50g)
