im starting calorie counting and I'm limiting myself to 2100 calories (it's a start). I feel hungry all the time and I know it's the whole "stomach shrinking" but it sucks none the less. Was wondering if you all had any suggestions on food that won't bust my calorie limit that will make me full. Also looking into protine…
