Yes - too hard on yourself. Can you get the app called Happy Scale? It helped me tame my relationship with the scale and allows for fluctuations!

Well, mine varies by grams as I have my calories zig-zagged plus I allow a bit more carbs on workout days and a bit more protein thus the fat is slightly lower. Carbs 91g Fat 64g Protein 127g

It is a great book! With time, I believe it can heal food issues and help one have a healthy perspective to eating with no foods being bad but also not overeating because you work to heal the core issues around why you overeat. I have it in hard copy and audio. I also love all Geneen Roth's books...very highly recommended…

I'm doing this program too - yesterday was my day 2! I'm also quite sore!! Keep with it, and try not to put too much stake in what the scale shows (Happy Scale app is fab!!). Take your measurements! Be patient - and pesistent and you'll get there!

Omg well I don't feel so bad then ... NO one I know has as low as me!! And it's been steadily declining as I continue to exercise, eat clean and lose weight. Still going to make sure so I can then gove fullest intensity but I do feel not as freaked out now!!
