I just ignore the exercise part of the calories. I like to see what I earn but rarely 'eat' those.

Thanks! I fall into the '1600 calories' category based on the little quiz but kinda scared that I will stall on my weight loss, up from 1200. Or do you think the program is tough enough to compensate for that?

Did you all follow the guide book, especially about caloric intake recommendation? I have been faithful to 1200 and losing fairly steadily. I don't want that to stop but I also want to be able to follow this program. any tips?

I am set to sedentary. I dont understand the math I need to do. Yesterday I was at about 400 earned calories after my workout. Steps were at let's say 9K. I walked 1.5 hours and earned over 18K total in steps. At one point, mfp had sync'd showing me at higher earned calories but then a bit later, it synced back to just…

I was so proud of all my 'earned activity' only to watch it fall only to 500 calori s on mfp. My family is also using mfp and I know I did way more yesterday than some but it doesnt give me creditdue to this stupid issue.

I am SO happy! I redid the 4/1 and it was way better than when I did it the first time. I think I was just having an off day that day - period (ugh), not enough daytime calories before run and was just overall exhausted pre-run. Actually you are quite right... my fitbit did capture heart rate. I guess distance would be nice to track. I did 35 km's on my bike but for some reason only about 7 kms registered over my day.

I went ahead and bought it! My boyfriend is currently going to use my Charge HR so he can join in our families challenges and become more active. I'm loving the Blaze! So it's been mentioned it's not good for cycling - but it's got biking as one of the chosen exercises... ?

Precisely why I have a membership and don't go. I usually work around them, pick a free machine and come back later which throws me off my plan. I hate busy gyms. :( I was going at 5:15 am when it wasn't busy but found that unrealistic to sustain, for me. I would ask nicely to work in between their rests but too shy.

Happy to help! I measure once a month and weigh every day logging it into an app called Happy Scale. I log in mfp just my losses. :)

I have the Charge HR and love it but just upgraded to the Blaze yesterday and love it! My boyfriend is going to borrow my Charge HR to get more active. :)

Oddly I wasn't going any faster than any previous times. I think for me, my issue was just low energy to begin with that day.
