I've been lifting for about 3 years. I have poor mobility in my right ankle due to an injury. Besides that my mobility is fine, I usually squat atg. No problem hitting depth. But I am doing Wendler 5/3/1. Hopefully it'll help

How do I set that? I'm using the app and the only thing I can seem to find is the percentages.
