You cant estimate calories...just because you didnt over indulge....doesnt mean anything...you assume you hit around 1500 to 1600 calories...but thats just your estimate. Nevertheless, sodium causes water retention. Sodium water wont disappear for a couple of days. Just do better from here on out.

Ok...well OP might be eating more than their fair share outside... i have seen restaraunts where the serving size is not normal... I eat out too. I also lost weight like you.
-
I went out to a lot of parties and controlled what I was consuming...I never had a problem with weight loss.
-
Eating out...that is the problem... No ones what really goes into the foods... So estimating calories on foods at restaraunts is a bad idea...
-
So many ignorant OPs who ask for advice but dont face reality. Not to be rude, but I could care less to what happens to them.
-
You should log more accurately.... You arent losing because you are taking in more. If you are, then perhaps it has something to do with the exercise calories burned...you should maybe eat 50% of what you burned? Try that.
-
Troll or a someone with mental issues...
-
Don't log your personal life... Just log when you are actually "exercising"...
-
Weigh your food. I noticed this is the same post as the other.
-
Yeah...if you aren't losing weight or gaining...it means you aren't logging correctly...use a digital food scale.
-
Maybe you have to see a doctor..
-
It does....but youd have to drink ALOT of it...otherwise...its just tea.
-
I've seen many obese people...but I've also seen people who don't look healthy either... Just because you are not fat/obese, doesn't put them in the healthy category... However, it is probably much better than being overweight... Either way, I think there should be some kind of event monthly to promote healthy lifestyles.
-
Maybe you should use a food scale...to be more precise on how much you are consuming.
-
Just drink little by little at work....then drink the remainder over a period of time in the evening...
-
You should be more precise with your logging. Use a weight scale~
-
If I screw up for the day, I just eat normally for the rest of the day. I restart the next day.
-
You are probably estimating your calories.
-
I am not sure. I always had a strong will and motivation with whatever I do...so this was not much an issue. I hang out with friends on weekends and weekdays all the time. Never once did I feel the urge to just eat...I stuck with my route..
-
My guess is you might have a weak back muscle...maybe that's why it was in pain. Anyway, the best way is to go see a doctor...
-
why are you getting frustrated with the above posters? You shouldn't be eating or can eat 1200 or more? -_-; Shouldn't you argue this with a doctor? What's the point of asking on the MFP forums... I don't know how I can help...The doctor probably gave you an answer anyway.
-
You need to overcome your own barriers otherwise you aren't going to go anywhere. This is something that will always get in your way in the future. Good luck.
-
beef...chicken...fish...tofu...beans... go for the lean stuff.
-
Salads at McDonalds are pretty good...only use like half of the sauce though...
-
not that hard, if you have a purpose for the results... motivation and will will keep you on the right track
-
Drink a lot of water and foods high in potassium.
-
Nothing you can do to change what you have already done. Just continue on forth to do better.
-
Every 2 weeks.
-
that's probably explains why I consume a ton of those in one day...but don't see any disasters afterwards.... thanks for the answer!

Just your bone structure...
