Yes, it can also be an effect of what you are eating during your diet. Vitamin deficiency is one of the causes for dry lips among others. It's not that you feel dehydrated, it could be you are hungry. People sometimes take hunger for thirst.

You know, I'm the same way. I'm losing weight, but it looks like my stomach is sticking out a lot more than it should be. It's like my eyes playing games with me. That and the people around me commenting in a negative way isn't really helping either..

Yea, I realized 10% fat is a mistake...I switched it to 40/30/30 for right now...but still trying to adjust to a different way.

I guess 40/30/30 is a good starting point. How would the calculations per lb work with KG? would it be 1.6g protein per kg, 0.8 of fat per kg?

Ooohhh. That makes it more clear now...So I can just set mine to 45% protein and carbs with 10% fat... So there isn't like a health hazard or anything if I unbalance the macros?

What is that based off of? I was worried I would do something bad to my health if the numbers are geared towards one area. I want to see if it's ok to go really low fat with carbs/protein balanced at 45% or something

Going a day like that wouldn't hurt or a couple days...if that was the case people would be fasting less on religious days... Anyway short term weight loss doesn't help...most people gain it all back.

You can have pizza everyday and lose weight. A slice isn't going to damage your weight.

Thank you everyone for your reply. So I just tried it without boiling it in water....tastes so much better. I should look into a variety. I saw people doing it by water boiling....they were getting built and ripped. They literally took everything out. So I thought something was wrong with me.

thats what happens if you leave your motherland... you feel lonely...bored...so you fill those emptiness with eating. I know many who have same issue as you.
