So for some reason I came across this article...and in front of me sits a box of glazed donuts my mom bought...
I am tempted to eat them...but I'm doing a good job for the past two hours of not touching it...
eck, but this article is starting to bug me... tried to figure out if this site is legit, but can't find any info about it...hmm
It's not possible or possible, but unhealthy?
Anyway, I'd eat the donuts, but I'm already reaching my calorie intake for the day..

For weight loss, all that matters is a calorie deficit. So yes, you could eat only doughnuts and still lose as long as it was less than you burn. Nutrition is a whole different discussion though. Would you be healthy on this diet? Probably not. But moderation is key. So if you can work a doughnut into your calorie goals, enjoy it.3

Thanks for the reply. By the way, you seem successful with your diet! Congratulations. I still got a long road ahead of me.0 -

Every time you look at them you have to make a decision whether or not to eat them. We have a finite amount of will power. Put them out of sight.
Sure, some people can make donuts fit. I can't. They are not the least bit satiating to me and I'd rather save my calories for something more filling.0 -

Can you lose weight eating nothing but donuts? Technically yes. Will you feel good or be healthy while doing so? Definitely not.
If you are tracking your calories and being within your goals while eating nutritious food and then decide to eat a donut while still remaining in your caloric goal will that somehow "ruin" your diet? no.0 -

Yea, in the end I guess it's all about how much calories I have taken in...thanks.0 -
Damn you know this article is old when it's mentioning MySpace.2

One doughnut, not bad. A box of doughnuts...calories blown.
My downfall is garlic bread, or those endless rolls that restaurants offer to distract you how long the meal is taking. I grumpily ask hubby to move that bread out of arm's reach.1
