Are you on a diet? Maintaining weight? Losing? If you are eating the required calories for the day, I don't understand why you are getting sick...unless you eat way too much during those two times without snacks. Please give me some more information.

Well, good for you. There are a ton of people who want fast results. They are just impatient that's why they want to know what's going on. It doesn't hurt to ask others for help. Hell, I'm sure you asked for help yourself.

No particular reason. I just want to lose some body fat so I switched it up a bit. More potassium instead of sodium. Taking in little sodium is better than none I figured.

I usually just add a few jalapeno slices every time I eat something. It helps burn energy more.

Yea, or try eating every 4 hours. That's what I do. I stop after eating 4 times in total for the day.

If you want a cookie, eat just one cookie. Hamburger? Just the burger...no fries...no soda... Pizza? Just a slice. I use a paper towel and try to remove as much as grease as possible before i eat it. Try to limit yourself to one thing you want to eat a day without overdoing it.

lol...wow...so sodium water retention actually takes about a week or two to fully disappear...

doesn't matter what you eat...just don't eat the fries and soda if you want burgers at a joint.
