Yes thank you. I am booking into see my Dr tomorrow but I'm. Also due to gym tomorrow and probably won't see Dr till later in the week so Hense the post here for bit advise until I physically see my Dr.

Oh I'm not the only one! It's sugar it gets me! All.the.time! I'm going to have to stay clear of it as much as possible as it's really effecting everything. It ruins all my hard work.
