No you need a PC/MAC or a tablet or something that has full internet, its a lot easier to use you and gives you full functions. You can still use your phone as well if you want I use both but use the web version for more detailed stuff

go into you food diary, when you set it up with your height weight etc MFP would have set out your macros for based on what you want to achieve IE 1lb per loss perr week. Your can track all sorts of macros the main ones people tracks are calories, carbs, fat, sodium, sugar and fibre there are others it up to you which ones…

Its an app if you go on the home page find the app search for xbox fitness and download. Ive used it, it really needs fibre optics or a decent connection, as before we had Fibre optics i found it slow and stop ages to load. Depends on your fitness levels i done it after doing Insanity so a couple of the workouts were to easy cardio and speed 1.0 so in the first couple of week i upped to the beta round workouts core cardio and speed 2.0. Total body was for me the toughest of the whole program, keep at it it gets easier as your body adjusts

Keep with the stretches i had it about 5 years ago I lifted wrong and that caused and it, the pain could be anywhere from the bottom of my back to my right ankle horrendous pain, i went to pyshio, she gave me 7 different stretches to do that i did daily. You either need a heart rate monitor which will give you roughly how much you burned, or look at similar workouts in the database and workout it out from there. Whatever you do you'll never be 100% accurate thats' why a lot of people eat back less cals that what is stated in there burns

I love BB currently on my second go through, you need dumbbells, ez bar (optional) can use dumbbells instead. A bench or an exercise ball, and a chin up bar or resistance bands. I love BB completed it about a year ago after a lot of cardio, so i replaced a lot of the muscle i'd lost from doing insanity and t25. Started it again and i'm currently on week 4, really starting to see the gains now, i've sent an FR to those of you that are doing/waiting for any anyone else feel free to add
