I sincerely hope you start taking a daily multivitamin and find some form of carbohydrate to swap some of the eggs out for.

I happened to have heard the 5x a day thing too. She only does about 5-10 minutes per "workout". So in a day it's about an hour. It works for her and her trainer but it's not as unreasonable as it first appears.

True that. My dentist rails on me for drinking it every visit! It's the sugar and substitutes though. Heck even coffee and tea are bad according to him because of the acid. Whatareyagonnado?

Ditto on that. I try to keep it under a liter now though because I'm trying to watch my caffeine intake and the caffeine-free stuff is harder to find.

You lost weight = Not a plateau. A week is not a plateau. 6 or more weeks is a plateau.

Body fat measurements on a scale will not be very accurate. They can give you an idea, but they reading can vary wildly because of external factors. If you want to get more reliable body fat measurements get a fat caliper.

Food is just fuel. Eat whatever you want. You can lose weight eating any food. But if you want to be healthy you have to want to make changes to your diet. Taste happens on the tongue, preferences happen in the brain. You can learn to like any food, if you eat enough of it.

Tekka Maki if you're being specific. Sushi if it's a type of food.
