What is the time frame between the two pictures? I think I'm near the starting. Just wondering about how it took you.

Focus on diet and hitting your calorie goals with MFP. That's number one. Make that your priority. Everything else should be secondary. Then do the kinds of exercise you enjoy. Nothing wrong with being outdoors. Go for walks, hikes, yoga. Being active is just about moving. If you want to incorporate some weight training…

Wow. That post took a huge left turn from the title.

1. Sign up already! :) 2. Have fun. 3. Just don't stop. Slow down but never stop. 4. Drink a small cup of coffee 30 to 60 minutes before to give you a bit more energy. 5. Pump the jams! 6. Don't buy the oversized "souvenir" beers or hurricanes because you can't take them into bars and clubs. Drink bourbon -straight. Eat the seafood. Look for foods with the holy trinity (celery, bell peppers and garlic) Portion out the red beans and rice. Eat only half a muffuletta. And just eat the powdered donut and coffee.

Your body fat percentage is still too high. That's all.

2lbs/week * 8 weeks = 16lbs 237lbs - 16lbs = 221lbs. For a 6'1" man you'll go from obese to overweight! I don't know about the gynaecomastia. You're results will vary. You're going to have to hit your calorie goals every day. It's going to be tough. Just want to give you a realistic idea because I was at a similar height…

No, a one week stall is not a plateau.

Really want to bake your noodle? Weigh both, then go to the top floor of a tall building and weigh both again.

16 days is not a plateau. 8 weeks is. Just keep doing what you're doing.

Snack. But portion out your snacks. I eat something about every 1.5hours but I limit the amount to about 150 calories. It helps me squash hunger pangs but still keep me in control of my calories.

Just log at the end of the day. Don't start out worrying about every food decision. Eat what you like and review your choices at a later time. Then identify foods and amounts that are issues for you and make improved decisions in the future.

I don't see how "love handles" are an oxymoron.

Apple watch has issues if you have wrist/arm tattoos.

A bit confused. Are you asking why popped corn and the kernels weigh different amounts or are you asking about volume vs weight measurements?
-
Yes. Depends.

This.

Snitches get... ...Oh that's probably not what you're talking about.
-
Not a plateau at 4 weeks...keep at it

I do. On days that I run, I eat back about 80% of the calories, otherwise I get too hungry or I get too tired to keep running. Been loosing 1.5-2lbs per week. I sign up for some sort of organized run at least once a month and celebrated finishing with a huge post race meal.
