  • Calories are def king over everything! Sometimes i go over on sugars and some days on fats but im still losing weight. Those fats youre eating are all from good and healthy foods as well so carry on! #unbothered :)

  • It could happen, but its not just fat your getting from just the weekend. Its water weight and what not. Once you just get back into the swing of things after a few days it will be back to normal. You dont just gain 15lbs of fat in a weekend! youre fine!!
  • Also stay away from diet soda. It tastes like garbage and is terrible for your health! If youre gonna drink something bad or have a cheat, might as well do the real think. Diet soda has aspartame which has alot of bad health effects

  • I'm not cutting fat and sugar completely! Not at all! I meant it in a way that im cutting fast foods, fried foods, im cutting cakes and cookies and things as best i cant, with the occasional slip ups ofcourse haha! thanks for the responses!
