Glad to see there are others out there. I've done a few of the LIS videos and the Ripped with Hiit, I think they are great but a a bit more advanced than I'm at right now. I just recently started attending Orange Theory Fitness classes, love them! I've been to 4 classes and love the way I feel afterwards. Looking forward to going on a regular basis. Have about 20 lbs left to loose and feel this will definitely help get me there.
