It does get pretty old, but as was already said look how far you have already got. Your so close to your goal, I would do something like buckle down and track everything again and once you got to your goal maybe stop tracking for a few days to kind of give yourself a break and reward for your work. Then just start tracking…

Yea measuring is the best way honestly, it sucks at first but it eventually becomes habit. If you were extremely over weight like I was then pretty much any healthier diet change would trigger weight loss, but it gets to a point where eye balling just doesn't work as good anymore.

Anyone can add me if they want. I like trying to help or motivate people any way I can.

I would try to not eat back what i exercise and see if that starts making you lose weight. Because at 1400 calories I would think you should be losing.

Awesome, I was in your same situation, it's a long road but it's worth it in the end.

What is your height and weight?

It's hard to say without pics, but from your stats I would say you probably just have a little fat left because you didn't do much exercise, specifically resistant training like what has been said. I lost a bunch of weight and had loose skin and probably always will, but i was also left with fat around my mid section…

I think basically if your in a deficit you should try to maintain the strength you have in all your lifts your doing or possibly even getting stronger in them so your body thinks it has a reason to hold onto the muscle you have built. I could be completely wrong though.

Yep, but like what was already said you lose lean mass. If you have a lot of weight to lose like I did, the results of just diet weight loss may not have the results your looking for.
