Been trying to limit my exercise the last week and rest to kick the cold I have and it's actually been really hard not going to the gym! I've gotten so used to it and to just exercising that I feel very lazy not going. But I'll be right back in my routine again soon!

Seeing muscle definition in my arms finally. Still some fat but it's a good sign that I'm getting closer to my goals!

Started at about an 18 a year ago, now into 12s in some stores, 14s in others. The lowest I've ever been was a 10 so I'd like to be at an 8 or 6 in the end!

I started out with just over 100 to lose and I'm down 60 now! High protein and lots of veggies helps a lot with lower calorie meals :) Feel free to add me!

I'm at 208 now, down from 271 and also 5'9. I'm trying to get to 169 right now and go from there. I exercise about 4 times a week and try to eat between 1500 and 1800 calories a day. Its been slow lately but I've been drinking/eating out more which puts me over a bit. I usually only eat back about 200 of my exercise…

I get what you mean, I usually just opted for looser fitting tanks, that didn't show bra lines, etc. And now that I've already lost a good amount I'll wear tighter ones but I'm still a little self conscious!

Went through my clothes this morning and I get to get rid of another bag of clothes because they just don't fit anymore!

I set my goal around 1500 a day but I also workout 3-4 times a week so I tend to go over on those days. It really depends on how quickly you want to lose and how active you are though!

I guess just really sticking with it, I don't log perfectly every day but I go on mfp every day and even if I take a few a off logigng, I get right back into it. I'm in grad school now, and something that helped me throughout undergrad was trying to sign up for PE classes or intramural sports so that you're still getting exercise, since it's hard to control what you eat in the dorms

My weight hasn't gone down significantly in the last month or two but I've still been working out and logging, and I went shopping yesterday and it's so nice to just have options of clothes and sizes! I even tried a couple of mediums on, which I didn't think would happen for another 20 lbs at least!

I'm only about halfway to my goal but just the feeling of being light when I walk or run feels so good!

Did a short workout today even though I haven't been feeling great, and it helped give me some energy!
