I am a new teacher and had lost over 70 lbs up til now. I still have about 30-40 more to lose and I'm getting frustrated not having time to exercise and feeling overwhelmed with adding weight loss to my already high stress situation. Struggling to Keep Moving Forward (and downward..)

50 lbs and 201 days!
Finally surpassed the 50 lb mark today! I have been counting calories and increasing my exercise since the beginning of November and I'm excited to say that I have now lost 50 lbs! 40 lbs down!
Started most recently on MFP November 2015 at 271 pounds. I've been counting calories and exercising a lot more regularly, and I've now surpassed my 40 pound mark! I've gone from Obese Class 2 (very briefly class 3) to Class 1, I'm now under 230 which I haven been in about 4 years, and back into "regular" clothing sizes!…
