Teachers trying to lose weight!

I am a new teacher and had lost over 70 lbs up til now. I still have about 30-40 more to lose and I'm getting frustrated not having time to exercise and feeling overwhelmed with adding weight loss to my already high stress situation. I've already put about 10 lbs back on since the beginning of summer. Anyone else out there struggling with this? Just looking for ideas/support!

Losing weight is really simple - just eat less. It can be difficult, because eating is good, but you don't have to exercise, or eat strange food, or eat at strange times, or anything, just make sure that you over time take in fewer calories than you burn. The essence of this is that there is no "trying" in weightloss, it's only "doing". When you realize that weight management is totally under your control (only indirectly, of course, through eating and activity), you'l discover that it's not that difficult.0
