I'm about 5'8 and my highest weoght was about 274. I'm currently 260 and this time around I've noticed changes but I think they're from working out and getting more toned as I lose weight. It does seem to take a little more time for clothes to change!

Went out to eat tonight and didn't feel like I had to finish everything in my bowl! And just under my calorie goal =)

My boyfriend and I normally get pizza once a week, because of hectic schedules, etc. usually its kind of a treat, but this week I didn't even want it! So I got something else, still take out, but I'm not craving the bad foods as much!

Hi all! Here's my update! The weight is not coming off as quickly as I'd like, but slow and downward is just fine too! I was sick the past week so anything down is good. I was just sick the last couple days and struggling with this. I also tend to eat more/worse when sick so it makes it especially hard. But I logged still, just to keep track, and I'm back to my deficit today, hoping to add exercise back in tomorrow or Wednesday.

Also sometimes if you work out you might tend to eat a little more just because your body has worked harder. Not necessarily a bad thing because you're burning more but I know I have to be more aware after a workout so it's not too much!

My goal is 1600 right now, and 1800-1900 on days that I exercise. I'm 264 now, 5'9 and losing about 2 lbs/week with that plan.

Sometimes I get in a rut like that too, and I usually look at my calorie goal and try to raise it by like 100 or 200 calories just so I can actually meet a goal for a little bit, then once I'm reaching a goal and am more on track I lower it again
