  • That some days you just feel hungry all day! Maybe this is just me but I can do just fine within or very close to my calories goals most days but some days, even with healthy and filling foods, I'm just so so hungry. Today is one of those and I'm just trying to get through!

  • I went over my calorie goals last night (drinking a bit and eating bar food) but when I logged it all this morning I realized I'd eaten way less than I usually would when out, I even stopped eating all the friend stuff cause my stomach couldn't handle it! Huge victory for me

  • Went over my calories today but I'm not panicking, logged ahead for most of the day tomorrow and will continue on!
  • I agree with others that it's not necessary, but I wanted to get more specific in my goals so I paid for it this month and I actually really like setting a goal for each meal and being able to change my daily goals (like adding a couple hundred calories to Saturday or Sunday). Little things but they are helpful for me!
  • That's awesome! I started out with a little higher stats than you and have lost 73 lbs but I haven't been able to lose the last 20 or so that I want to lose but I'm inspired! Awesome work!
  • NSV today is that even though I felt a little hungry after eating dinner (and going a bit over my calorie budget) I ate spinach and then the ice cream I'd already logged and went to bed. No extra snacks or high calorie foods!
  • Not feeling like I Have to eat things in the staff room! And if I want to, just logging and adjusting instead of shrugging it off, and I'm already seeing my self control reflected on the scale as well!
  • Did an interval run on the treadmill today and did my fastest speed ever! For 45 seconds but still that was the interval and I felt so great afterwards! Don't forget to step out of your comfort zone 😊
  • I struggle hard with this as well, when I'm on my own, making my own food, etc. I do great. But then I go out or want to be more social and it goes downhill. What has helped me is logging food before going out (planning to have however many drinks/apps, even just a guess and figuring out where you could limit calories)…

  • Have lost just over .5 inches from my waist in the last month! Scale just keeps going up and down (partly I think because I'm starting to reincorporate weights again, but maybe just food choice related lol) Also have cut out alcohol for a while to see if that helps and so far has saved me quite a few calories!
