I am so happy to see some PCOS ladies on here! I was diagnosed Dec 2012. I had crazy cycles like 1 every 6 months. I am also insulin resistant. I took met for a year but it didn't do much except make me puke daily so I went all natural and started taking garlic and macs root supplements. I now have AF every 2 months and…

I'm always here for support. I don't have kids so I have never been in your situation but I am a good listener if you ever need it.

I am with you! I have been eating a healthy diet for 2 days now and I know with support I can keep it up. Add me as a friend and we can do this together :)
-
Hi. Feel free to add me and I will show you support in return :)

I actually started the 30 days with Adrienne yoga challenge today lol if I had seen your post before hand I would have waited.

No I never thought about honestly but I will definitely talk to the Dr about it. Thanks :)

The problem is when I was in the military I suffered several stress fractures in my left hip. I knew it was bad but I kept pushing myself when I wasn't supposed to because I knew if I didn't I would end up so out of shape I wouldn't pass my pt test, but because of doing this and not resting I hurt my hip worse and was…

Thank you I will definitely look into that

Mmm Mexican food is amazing but while I absolutely love tacos I love tostadas more. Now I am really craving some chips and salsa

Are y'all sure your ready for this? Only my husband knows lol. I am 23 years old and scared of being alone in the dark. I literally can't sleep unless a light is on if I am home alone and since he works nights that is basically every night. It sucks.

What I was asking originally was does anyone know of any workout that I can do that does not involve using the pelvic muscles.

It is the orthopedic Dr I have to see every year to make sure I haven't damaged my hip worse. @willrunforfood35 how would you suggest I do that? To eat just enough calories so I didn't gain weight my sugar constantly bottomed out. I have to eat every 2-3 hours

My Dr doesn't want me to do anything and would be perfectly fine with me sitting down for the rest of my life. Seriously. I'm not supposed to stand for more than 20 mins or lift more than 20 lbs but in the process of listening to him I seriously gained weight and now I have diabetes. I have to find some way to get myself…

@Francl27 it definitely turned out a lot better than I expected and I am glad too cause I made to much so now I have some for another night.

Awesome! That is definitely going on my list of things to try. My favorite dish is my moms potato salad and I have been super sad about having to give it up. Hopefully this will be a great substitute

@PatinMich you can use it to make potato salad? If you will please give me the recipe I will forever be in your debt I love potato salad.

If you ever need to talk about MS or get the perspective of a child whose mom has MS let me know. My beautiful mom has been kicking MS butt for 17 years . My 2 reasons to lose weight are 1) to not have to take meds for my type 2 diabetes 2) to get my PCOS under control so we can hopefully have a child in the future.

Hi :) I'm not sure what the royal marines commandos is but I honestly hope you achieve your goal. My short term goal is to lose weight. I want about 30 lbs in total gone, but my long term goal is to get healthy so I won't have to take meds for my type 2 diabetes.
