This is the first time I have tried it. I have an issue with meeting all my macros though. I just have days where I'm not that hungry. So I'm trying to work on it.

Please make sure you are doing LOW carb not NO carb. Your body needs carbs to function just not in excess. If you cut out to many carbs your body will begin breaking down proteins for energy and this can make you very sick.

I would put mildly active if unsure. It will probably give you less calories to eat but if your wrong you will be eating to much for accurate results

Absolutely! I lost 9 lbs in a month by eating 1200 calories and not working out really. So you can definitely do it

Just to let you know you can see a change in your body. I lost 10 lbs in a month and dropped 2 pants sizes.

I don't ever manage to eat my full 1200 but I never have hunger pains. Take a look at what your eating to see what's wrong. Proteins and fiber take longer to digest so you feel full longer than carbs which immediately begin to digest.

Nope I don't log them. I usually end up over 1000 cals under weekly deficit so I don't see the point in logging them.

Metformin actually isn't a drug for ovulation its for type 2 diabetes. It does help some women ovulate because it gets their insulin resistance in check but if you don't have insulin resistance then I would ask the doctor to switch you to clomid which is specifically for ovulation.

Thanks! My moms Italian so I have a huge love of pasta but its not that good for me. Zoodles are no where near as the real thing but they are something I can live with and enjoy.

I will definitely keep an eye on my weight loss. I haven't noticed it when looking at myself so seeing that in the scale shocked me. I'm not really active at all. I do 30 mins of yoga each morning and then sit in class all say since I'm a college student. I eat around 1200 cals per day and I try to do low carb as much as I can.

Go ahead and start it I will only be on day 5 in the morning. I skipped my yoga this morning because I was to tired after shoveling snow for 4 hours.

I watched that it just doesn't give any ideas on how to cook them. I have found recipes for sauteing them in a pan with olive oil and cooking them in the microwave for 2 mins. But other than that I have no clue as how to cook the zoodles lol

I just eat the low cal stuff. I actually love the zesty Italian and it only has like 15 cal per serving. Why would you buy low cal and then add things like mayo which have a high cal content. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of it being low cal? I'm not trying to be rude I honestly just don't get it.
