I made up this recipe and wow it tasted good and filling

100g chicken boneless breast, skinless
2 tablespoons Clubhouse brand Roasted Pepper and garlic
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1 cup organic vegetable broth

100 g of fresh aspargus

in a fying pan add the vegetable broth and spices and garlic on med heat

simmer 1 min

add chicken and cover

Asparagus

add vegetable broth and garlic powder bring to boil in second frying pan
add asparagus
cook for 2-3 min until slightly soft and still crunchy
do not over cook this, should not be soft
