I'm also given 1600 but I have to take in more due to fight training and weight training I sometimes don't even get close

Hmmm that is an interesting thought! I have always had trouble losing weight ovulating or not.

People think I punch hard because im steong. But I can't even do a push up. I just know how to throw my fat around lol. And I'm scared what will happen when I drop it all

Lol my son is 1 1/2. I breast feed until they are ready to stop within my own limits. My daughter was a little over 2 when I was able to convince her to get off. My son isn't showing any signs of slowing down. I've been thinking of trying to dry out my milk so I can get my body back. I've been a cow now for 3 years. I'm…

It is. I was lucky to not have supply problems so I didn't have to take in all those extra calories at all. Which helped with my second. It was a lot of the snacking and forgetting I smacked. I have very attached children, my son being the worse. He also a huge kid. 90% in hieght and 95% in weight. He eats all the time and…

Lol mine has been a mess as well... I was doing well for a while but my son went through his sleep regression and have been in zombie mode especially with my training regiment. And the flu just tried to take us all out lol. Sent a friend request

If you want to keep breastfeeding then try pumping and freezing. If you can't do it anymore then no need to feel guilty. Good job mama for making it how long you did! Pat yourself on the back because most mom don't do it past 3 months. No one should look at you any differently. I continued because i couldn't literally…

This is actually normal. Your weight will change depending on how much milk you are making because it does weight something. I found I dropped a lot at the 6 month mark when my milk really regulated. But I found it so much better to buy a pair of pants that was one size too small and then instead of stepping in the scale…

Lol I felt like that with my first. Packed on sooooooo much weight. I won't even look at pictures of myself after that. But with my second I was lucky and was able to graze with helped a lot and I craved a lot of fruit. After I just continued out of habit. After my second I came out weight less than I did when I went in.…

Wow lol. Ok. I've only been taking in maybe 50, and that's on a good day. I'll look into this.

3. Muscle insurance. There are a variety of studies done on the amount of protein the body needs. I like to think of higher protein as muscle insurance. My suggestion is about 1gram of protein per pound of lean mass. Make sure to get fat in your diet to help joints and metabolic processes. Make sure to get carbs in your…

Ok good. Thank you.

Went back to my normal diet today. Also have a 3 hours workout training session in a few hours. Which I'm not allowed to eat through.

I'm not starving it's more of the habit. I'm doing well. I got through quitting smoking so I know I can do it. I've been drinking water through the cravings so that I'm full.

Lol I don't really get bitchy. Right now I have specialty cheeses in my house that seem to have learn to scream my name from the fridge but instead I opted for a turkey burger with organic lettus put a few pickles on it for sweetness and it turns out it was super balanced. Love blueberries and almonds

Tea with honey and cinnamon is a great option. Let the tea cool before putting in the honey. It has shown results for weight loss. Have a cup when you wake up and one before bed. I do this when I need a change or if I'm not loosing anymore.

You could try taking a class like cardio kick boxing. To throw yourself into an intense form of cardio might shock your body just enough. I start this 2 weeks ago and I'm down 7lbs but I also am strict about my diet. I stay within my calories and try to stay close to the nutritional percentages. I don't eat junk and I…

Are you doing weights every day to the same body region? If you are dont. Split it up. Upper, lower, core/back. Then cardio. Your diet looks good. As well make sure you aren't under eating or over eating. Under eating will affect your muscle growth and over eating will make so you're not burning as much.

I had always been skinny growing up. Played 4 sports, and ran 10 miles a day. As I got older and started to work instead I gained weight from lack of working out and an unhealthy diet. I went up to a size 22 after had had my daughter. Once I found out I was pregnant with my son I freaked. I was not about to gain another…

Thank you :)

Maybe I just have a lot more common sense but that is always the goal with dieting... Isn't it? So of course that concept should be applied no matter what. Which is why it's probably working. This works because im a mom of two toddlers don't have time to eat large meals and I tend to "snack" on general.
-
Which is why I said I do intense workouts 4 times a week up to 3 hours. This works for me for a reason. Check with your doctor before entering any sort of diet that will be an extreme change to your usual day to day tou time. Do I need to prove that fact? Btw I have lost close to 70 lbs with this diet. So to tell me I'm…

Common knowledge to the person who has had this app for like 4 days lol. I guess no matter where you go people have absolutely no maturity. And based on the fact no matter when you eat or how often if you stay in the calorie range you'll loose weight. It's the only diet that helped me and was recommended to me. How about…
-
First of all no one need to act like children. Iff you want to come up here and educate people maybe site a source so someone can look at it. There is more out there that my idea works than the opposite.
-
I will also say I do serious workouts 4 times a week. I'm really not sure this would be the best diet for someone who isn't really active
-
Post where you get your fact from please
-
Ok lol. I guess I will have to look up how much I should be taking in. The ones I have are generally correct. But i do a lot of workouts. And muscle building 3 times a week for training. But I can't really complain right now. It's working. I'm just concerned once I get down a lot of weight and now need to adjust this daily
-
It actually keeps you metabolism up and energy high
-
Like when I loose 30 lbs will it adjust so I'm not eating what I was eating before? Since I probably don't need it?
-
Ok. I can't really accurately calculate my workouts. I don't have my phone on me during these classes. I can't really have anything but my gloves on.
