Breast feeding and weight loss is hard
I'm not exclusively breast feeding anymore but I did while going through this and was breastfeed my then almost 2 year old on top of it. Still breastfeeding my youngest. Have to loose 100lbs
so I'm training for professional fight slowly. But in order to get to a weight class to be pro I have to loose 100 lbs! Which is in my range of healthy but it seems impossible considering at my skinniest ever I weighed 140.... Which is 5 lbs over. I wish I could do this over night

Protien!!! Help!
so I am having so much trouble with protien in take. Based on what I take in a day even if I took on shakes I would go over my calories and not take in enough. How do I do this. I'm suppose to take in around 130 grams a day!

Poly and mono fats. Super important or not?
Another question. I seem to keep going over on my poly and mono fats but don't really know what they are or how they affect the body. Is this something to be overly concerned about because wven when I go over I loose weight but want to eat as healthy as possible.

Cravings after a cheat week
My birthday was last week so I over ate for a lot of the week due to celebrations. I'm finally back on my diet but I'm so hungry. Any advise on how to curve the cravings for junk? I feel like I'm going on withdraw lol.

Grazing diet
i eat a little something every 2 hours. I keep in mind what I need to take in and divide it up to about 6 to 8 small meals and snacks. I find that if I stick to this I loose weight so much faster.
