im a mom of 2 and do cardio kick boxing 4 times a week and cross fit 3 times a week. I had lost 7 lbs and then all of a sudden I gained 2!!! I keep getting told that it's really hard to try to loose weight and do weight training at th same time. I still have to put on probably another 10 lbs of muscle to be where I want with that to fight. But I still need to loose 80 to 90 lbs in fat... Help!

scale = goal? Bad data point taken alone.0

2 pounds could be extra water, TOM, etc. Nothing to sweat unless it stays on for a few weeks or creeps up more. Are you logging everything and measuring everything?
There are a lot of people who lose while lifting heavy. If you are eating at a deficit you are not building muscle, you are just strengthening it.
As active as you are, make sure you are eating enough throughout the week and not binging on the weekends (or some other time). I struggled with that for awhile. Too many unlogged treats could also be a culprit. The more I train the harder it is for me to lose weight it seems. Mainly because I find it harder to keep myself properly fueled constantly.
Things to consider.0 -

This!^
2 pounds .....that's 7,000 calories. Unless you seriously binged, this is water. Weight loss won't be linear.0 -

A lot to consider. I try to log everything. Who knows with the last 2 weeks of I did. I wasn't sleeping due to my kids having the flu and then they have both been in moods that kind of make me have such bad headaches I sometimes can't eat. I guess I just have to keep at it and hope for the best0 -
My weight loss report, when viewed "up close," is a whole bunch of: up, down, up, down, up, down, etc and so on. But when I draw a line of best fit (thanks, high school algrebra!), it's a fairly slow and steady loss of a half pound a week or so. Point is, stressing over individual data points is, well, stressful, and totally not necessary.0

Not sleeping can impact hormones which can impact weight gain. Women gain weight due to that TOM. If it was me I would make sure I watched my calories closer and add more cardio. Don't ditch weight training because, besides it being awesome, the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn. Also, don't hyper focus on two lbs. Keep working at0
