The great thing is that planet fitness had free personal trainers. At least around me they do. Ask them to help you come up with some things you can do at my old gym there was this machine (don't know what it's called. But it looked like a bike for your arms. It would be good for some resistance training and some cardio. Good luck. Don't hurry back to the legs. I did that way too many times and no have long term pain.
