  • On my off training days I try to walk a lot more even if I'm tied. I will do things like only grab one thing at a time from th upstairs, park my car further from the store, take the kids of for a walk if it's warm enough or play tag in the yard, have a race across the house ( I walk so they win lol) ever but counts.…

  • A lot to consider. I try to log everything. Who knows with the last 2 weeks of I did. I wasn't sleeping due to my kids having the flu and then they have both been in moods that kind of make me have such bad headaches I sometimes can't eat. I guess I just have to keep at it and hope for the best

  • I would suggest jump roping! Gets your heart rate up pretty quickly. 50 jumps 5 laps, 40 jumps, 4 laps, ect. I can't wait for the warm season so I can really take off with this routine on the days I'm not training. Last year this was my life saver

  • They say the average is 500 calories, but that was way too much for me. I did about 200 any less I saw a problem with my production. All I can say is try to remove 50 to 100 calories at a time and see what your supply does.
