Now that you have reached your goal, eating 1800 calories sounds accurate in order to maintain your weight. I would only eat less calories than that if you are trying to lose more.

Do you guys have any suggestions on how to stay motivated on eating healthy during the weekend? I'm able to eat healthy all week, but I also find myself taking a break on the weekends. Does that take away from the healthy week I just had?
