For me, eating protein and taking a supplement to cover minerals/vitamins etc in main meal helps a lot. Lots of green veg too! I rotate between sprouts, kale, spinach and broccoli. Also eat a red pepper as a snack. Hair feels great lately. I do think the initial shock to your body when you start keto has an effect too.
