I would hope it would shrink my stomach even more so. It was only following discussions with my nurse that I started to investigate it further and having done the whole food diary business and what not for her to still recommend it surely she thinks it would help.

My children are both under 3 so does my make things a little difficult. Especially with no support. I do dance around like a fool a lot to entertain them. I wouldn't say I was unhealthy really or unfit just everything is a bloody nightmare. My sticky out bum puts pressure on my back making yoga type activities awkward too…

I'm in the UK and would be getting it done on the NHS due to the other health issues I have so the cost isn't relevant to me. I've seen a mixture of success and not on here. Did read a few other posts about it. Exercise and healthy eating alone doesn't work for me even alongside orlistat x

Some exercises I find impossible due to having a sticky out *kitten*, like squats totally not an option. Press ups are not possible cause of my boobs. Also mother and baby things are fine with one child and also if you drive as where I live there's nothing about x
